If there was a minus rating I would have rated as such . Bus always full , not able to sit down to listen to the tour. Also not every 10’ as advertised, rather every 40’. Take the notes mel bus instead.

I tried to take this bus in Budapest. Don't waste your money here. Worst experience ever! The bus never stops at the bus stop (tried to stop him at the bus stop 3 times), the last time the driver waved and smiled in mocking way. Disappointing, take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely awful!!! We purchased tickets online as they were cheaper but our first hurdle was trying to get on the red line route in Budapest.
All the maps and online don’t say that stop 19 is closed. We waited for a bus for 40 minutes and gave up. Whilst on the tour which you advertise as getting a feel for a city and we got to stop 18 to be told that we would go straight to stop 20 as 19 is closed.
Why didn’t you have a sign up there saying this?!?
Then…as per your advertisement use the hop on hop service to get a feel of the city…and it should only take 1 hour. Two and half hours later after a 10 min stop here, 20 min stop here and then the best a 40 min stop- it was the worst experience of hop on hop offf I have ever done.

Then, you advertise the boat trip from leaving from dock 8a….no, it doesn’t go from there it is from dock 6. We missed one boat as we couldn’t find where to go.

A complete shambles, and definitely not worth the £25.83 per ticket!
I would avoid and use another company as other people we spoke too, had no complaints from their tour operators.

Personally, I would like my money back as I feel I have wasted nearly £50 and over 5 hours of a short stay.

We booked our tickets online for 48 hours. The first day we have waited for a bus-one of the employes told us to take the boat. Waitinghours for the bus were to long.
Second day we took a taxi after waiting for 50 minutes at a hop on point with to kids…
€130 and never seen a bus!

City Sightseeing Rome 14-15.05.2022.

This was the most terrible service I'd ever had and if I could I would give 0 stars.

we bought 2 tickets for 48 hours on/off in Rome, but the only time we could use the tickets was, when we changed our vouchers to tickets.

all other times the bus was full and we were not aloud to get in the bus.

it was very obvious that they had sold way too many tickets to the few busses they had. In my opinion, they stole my money and I can only say " Stay away from this and give away your money to a homeless!

We bought 24h tickets today for the Berlin-route. We waited on the Unter den Linden stop for over an hour and no bus came. After a loooong wait we got on the bus and got off on Potsdamer Platz for a quick look around. We returned to the exact same spot at 17.30 to get picked up again. We saw the bus drive off the route at about 17.32. We were so disappointed because the bus did not only leave the route, but it didnt have any passengers on, which seemed weird given that the companys hours are 10.00-18.00. We then walked to the stop before Potsdamer Platz, where the bus arrived at about 17.45, but again, Potsdamer Platz was the last stop. Here the driver stopped at a totally different location (about 200m from the original). Such a bad, confusing and exhausting experience. Save yourself the time and money and go with another company.

The Best TripAdvisor company highly recommended take there services whenever go to thailand. Meena the best agent i ever seen

Very bad, they leave us waiting for at least 2 hours, until we the metro to get back to our hotel. We could only stay for 2 days in Barcelona ,so our vacation is distroid .

Horrible! Buses don’t stop to pick up customers in London. The stops are not identified with the company name. City Sightseeing buses are practically nonexistent but you can see other companies. Don’t waste your money.

If you have a choice between using this sightseeing tour in London or poking yourself in the eye with a fork, go with the Fork!
Buses were massively overcrowded and when we managed to get on we went past at least three stops where nobody waiting could get on. Large numbers of people and children having to stand and difficult seeing out, so more like a trip into town than a city sightseeing tour. Got asked when we got to another stop with nobody getting off if we wanted to have an extra trip on the river cruise (so a return journey for free). Given we couldn’t see very much stupidly agreed and walked to the river cruise office, unsurprising given the issues experienced so far this wasn’t possible and even after the genuinely helpful lady at the river cruise site office phoned a manager we were told we could still do the river cruise in one direction then try and get back on the bus at the other end, but if it was full we would have to get the tube back. Brilliant that’s exactly what I paid for, although we would probably see as much from the tube as we did from the overcrowded bus. We’ve been given a customer service email to try and get a refund but on the basis of the previous reviews and comments I don’t hold out much hope!

+30 minutes between buses and buses are so crowded that you have to stand up. So the same as a very, very expensive public bus.......

We found this sightseeing tour to be very disappointing. The information given was poor, with more music than information about the buildings and history of the area we were travelling through. Any information provided was basic and limited. It really wasn’t worth the cost of the ticket.

We went on the Tour in York. Our guide, Tom himself was a great guide and put on a very informative tour in it’s entirety. With an extensive knowledge base and a beautifully cultivated fringe, Tom, in his entirely, really was great. In himself.

Horrible!! We weren’t able to use the passes at most of the places listed. This is false advertising!! The places listed told us, they are no longer associated with this company. We were not able to use the passes for Orlando. Also, they keep referring me to emails for refunds with no response. I have yet to be refunded for my fake passes. This is a pain!! ?
